A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he honed his leadership skills supporting Special Operations commands, naval vessels, and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). This foundation led to an expansive career managing national and strategic accounts for federal, state, and local governments, as well as serving as a regional manager and national service leader for Fortune 50 organizations. His technical proficiency spans the entire project lifecycle—from engineering design and building automation to commissioning and international equipment start-ups. Whether overseeing climate control systems or complex security hardware, Cash leverages his deep experience in global project coordination to ensure OCONUS FLC delivers precision and reliability on every government mission.
